1974 Dodge Challenger 340

Imported from USA  by us this 1974 Challenger is nearing completion. Was subject to a US restoration in the past, when the original 318 ci V8 was replaced with the more desirable 340 to create a Rallye clone. It has now been re-restored to NZ standards Finished in the obligatory bright Mopar paint of the era with the twin scoop "hood" and black accents. Extras include Magnum 500 rally wheels fitted with 205/75x14 tyres along with a new A/C system and stereo/CD player. Has been garage stored in Florida, and is still in fantastic condition. Is equipped with power steering, power brakes and 3 point seatbelts, Edelbrock 4 bbl carb, and bumper overriders

This was the final year for the original Challenger before muscle cars and pony cars went down the gurgler.
